race report: spud run 5k (5.7.2022)

May 11, 2022      9 Comments

The Spud Run 5K was the race I wanted to run to commemorate my 45th birthday. There were three events that Saturday, but I had to return to Hastings to give this race another go. That's how much I loved the 10K version last year. About The Spud Run The Spud Run is a local event that takes ...

March 23, 2022      8 Comments

The Raptor Run 3k, in its third year at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, was a brand new race for me. best damn race safety harbor

Two weeks ago, I ran the Best Damn Race Safety Harbor 10K + 5K for the very first time. There was supposed to be a half marathon the next day, but, sadly, that wasn't meant to be. The two races I did complete made up the BDR "Double Challenge," and 9.3 miles is nothing to sneeze at. Here's how it ...

Oh, how I love the sunrise. Fortunately, it wasn’t too long of a night, so this morning’s run was hard because of humidity and nothing more.

Followed it up with some standing core moves (weighted marches, woodchoppers, and around the worlds), and now it’s time for a
fresh set of nails 💅🏻.

Are you back in the swing of things this Tuesday?
