The year is 2025 and this is me. We often say “new year, new me,” but I don’t know if that’s the correct focus. Maybe it’s time to celebrate the new year by being the same fabulous you, with or without goals!
You Are Enough
If you’ve made it this far, know that you are very much enough. You are worthy and beautiful, and what others think of you is none of your business. Don’t get caught up in the idea that you HAVE to do more, have more, and be more. You are amazing, and there is no shame in bringing that energy into 2025.
You Don’t Have To Slay Every Day
While it does feel great to conquer challenges, it also feels great to rest and be still. The concept of constantly slaying is awesome for that dopamine hit, but it’s also exhausting and not always sustainable. If you want to set some realistic intentions for yourself, that’s awesome, but you don’t have to run on all cylinders all the time. Hustle culture leads to burnout so quickly… focus instead on showing up and doing your best rather than trying to slay every dragon that crosses your path.
Honor Progress Over Perfection
When you charge into the new year with huge resolutions, you can sometimes lose sight of the progress you’ve made along the way. It’s so important to honor where you’ve come from and where you’re going, rather than focusing on an arbitrary goal. The little, consistent things you do every day matter just as much in at the long run.
Do What Feels Right!
Ultimately, you have to do what feels right to you. There’s no need to get caught up and you don’t need to do anything just because of peer pressure. If you are ready to make some resolutions, check out these reasonable ways to set great goals for the new year here. Whatever you do, have fun, and know that we are proud of you!
Let’s Play Bingo!
With all that said, I thought it might be fun to play a little game. No pressure! I created this bingo game that anyone can play in the month of January!

Really nice idea. Why do we need to be a new version of ourselves? Let’s celebrate who we are (with a few little tweaks, if we follow your bingo card!)

This is what I’m saying! And the bingo card isn’t necessarily improving or changing anything. It’s just … doing things we might want to do in order to start the year strong!
