It Starts With The Letter J

On the 10th day of the 10th month, we look to the 10th letter of the alphabet for today’s post. It starts with the letter J. Obviously, J is a favorite, as it’s the first letter of my name. But what else does “J” represent?

J Is For Jumpstart

I’m happy to share that I’ve jumpstarted the last quarter of 2024 by registering for a September race! On a whim, I’ll be heading to the Ponte Vedra 10 Miler, Presented by Alter Ego. For the record, I’m in for the 5K, not the 10 miles. But it’s close-ish to home, it’s on a day I am actually available, it’s early in the morning, and apparently, we get an epic amount of swag. I’m totally in.

J Is For Journey

As you probably know, we are going on a few more journeys this year, and I am here for it. Travel is one of my most favorite things to do, and the fact that we have at least two, if not three more trips planned for the end of the year is absolutely wonderful for me. We will be getting some desert, followed by some mountains, and we need to figure out where we want to go over Thanksgiving or Christmas! I’m in a phase where I love trying new places, and we are running out of cities in driving range.

J Is For Joy

This year has been quite the mix of things, so I’m focusing on joy for the last few months. I want to celebrate the holidays, do all the things, and just immerse myself in the fun. This is my favorite time of year, and I want to really enjoy every moment of it. We will start with a Beetlejuice pub crawl, move to the first day of fall, and go from there!
