Things have been pretty hectic around here. I’m co-chairing an event at little man’s school and that has consumed a great chunk of time. Totally worth it, of course, but it’s been a lot to manage.
In the meantime, it’s Valentine’s weekend.
We don’t really celebrate with a date or anything (although we do have a date night planned for later in the week, which is pretty exciting). We’re going to have a nice family day, complete with sports and activities, and then enjoy the rest of the long weekend. Easy peasy.
I couldn’t resist taking a few pictures to commemorate the holiday, though.

CUTE pictures! Love the idea and he’s such a handsome boy! Does he still cooperate for pics or does he hate it? My son started to really resist around that age but could still be bribed.

Full disclosure? He told me he would rather scrub toilets than take pictures. Not that he’s ever scrubbed a toilet, so…
He will cooperate, though. I can usually get 20 solid minutes out of him.

Cute pics!! yes we celebrate just not on Valentine’s day- our date out is today. Valentine’s day is always in and my hubby makes dinner- it is very nice no crowds!
