If you’ve ever wanted to trade traditional studio poses for endless giggles and soft puppy paws, Puppies & Yoga is an absolute dream come true. Combining gentle movement with the chaos of sweet puppies, these sessions offer a unique way to stretch, unwind, and boost your mood. Available across more than 50 cities worldwide, this experience brings people and pups together for a memorable 75 minute period of movement and cuddles. Corgis were the puppies of choice at our class, and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on these precious little baked potatoes with legs.

What To Expect During Your 75-Minute Session
Each experience is carefully structured to balance a light workout with plenty of social time. The 75-minute class begins with 45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga, led by an instructor who keeps things easygoing and accessible for all fitness levels. The final 30 minutes are dedicated entirely to “play & lay” time, giving you the chance to cuddle, snap photos, or simply lounge with the puppies based on their mood and energy. During this time, puppies have free range through the mats, so it’s super important to be mindful of arms and legs, and even hair. Puppies LOVE hair..

How Pups Stay Happy, Healthy, And Safe
The well-being of the puppies is the top priority in every single session, with strict protocols in place to ensure a safe, clean environment. Pups have constant access to fresh water and are fed on their usual schedule according to age, breed, and breeder guidelines. To prevent fatigue, they receive over 30 minutes of dedicated rest between sessions and are always free to nap whenever they choose during class, especially during the quiet yoga portion. The studio space and mats are thoroughly sanitized before and during each event. Furthermore, all participating puppies are fully weaned, vaccinated, and thoroughly examined to confirm excellent health. Guests help keep the space secure by disinfecting hands upon arrival, taking off their shoes before entering, leaving pups alone while they eat or drink, and keeping puppies close to the floor by never holding them while standing up.

Helpful Staff And Playtime Dynamics
Because puppies naturally explore the world with their teeth, the team provides plenty of toys on the mat to redirect any playful nibbling. Puppies are like little sharks and those needly teeth can hurt. Dedicated staff members stay on hand throughout the entire class to manage the room, clean up unexpected messes immediately, and gently distribute the pups around the studio so everyone gets a turn to interact. The team steps in whenever a little extra supervision is needed, keeping the environment relaxed, fun, and safe for both human participants and four-legged attendees.

Session Review
Five stars! Immediately! But seriously, once we got inside, signed our waivers and found our mats, the yoga became a secondary thought. When the Corgi puppies tumbled out on to the floor, I lost all ability to focus on anything but those furry little nuggets. Their ears! Their stumpy legs! Their tocks! These babies were sugar and spice, sassy and sweet, and I could have spent the entire day loving on them. Our instructor was a trooper, guiding us through the flow, but I didn’t get too much yoga done. We did have a small class, which meant more puppies per person, so that was perfection.

How To Book Your Mat
Because the safety of the animals comes first, class locations and featured breeds change regularly. The featured puppy breed is officially announced every Tuesday, and full venue details are sent directly via email to ticket holders prior to the event. To check upcoming schedules, find a location in your city, or book your ticket, visit Puppies & Yoga or reach out to their team directly through their online portal to reserve your spot.

Combining gentle movement with Corgi puppy energy is the ultimate way to de-stress. Whether you go for the yoga, the play time, or simply the mood boost, it was an experience that left us beaming!
